If you have been signed up for danceSing care, you should have received an automated email containing your username and a link to set a password. Haven’t received the email? Check your junk inbox as it might have turned up there! Use the link in that email to set a password. Now you can log in with your username or email address and password to start enjoying!
Please note that a danceSing Care subscription comes with 1 assigned log in. This means that resources cannot be streamed at the same time at the same venue on more than one device. For more information, to explore options or if you are having difficulty, simply email us at support@dancesingcare.uk and say hello.
You can use the platform on any electronic device that can connect to the internet – mobile phone, desktop computer, Smart TV, tablet etc. Once you’re set up, just go to www.dancesingcare.uk on your browser and log on. You have unlimited access to all resources on the platform. Each venue can stream resources in a variety of ways, either in 1:1s, group settings, or provided to participants to use independently.
To use the danceSing Care platform please find details of the Minimum Technical Specification you will need.

When you subscribe to danceSing Care you will be sent a welcome email with a direct link to the private danceSing Care Members Facebook Group. Please request to join and allow up to 48 hours for your request to be approved (typically this is done much sooner!). You can also find our page by searching for the “danceSing Care” page on Facebook (link here). If your Facebook name is different to the one you have used to join danceSing Care, please get in touch at support@dancesingcare.uk to avoid any confusion or delay to your access.
